3 Nations Auto Sales Gustave Donatti Misrepresentation & Fraud Houston Texas
In august 2018 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I trusted the owner because I just want to buy something which appeared to be decent quickly. The vehicle which I purchased had a "bad" title which I discovered after I ran the Carfax. I asked Mr. Donatti to give the Carfax to me but he very cleverly got around it.
According to Texas law and I believe law throughout the nation a vehicle with a bad title can be sold. However the dealer must disclose this information to the buyer. This was never done. Later I discovered that the vehicle had major issues.
Later I took the dealership to court and they defaulted on the settlement.
