This company advertised a free 14 day trial with a charge of $3.95 for shipping. The product is Acai Berry and is a weight loss supplement. I had heard of Acai Berry before and wanted to give it a try.
When I received my trial there was a note with it stating that a 30 day supply would be shipped to me and my credit card would be charged $89.31 if I did not call and cancel within 14 days. I tried to call and cancel and I just get an automated 'cannot complete your call' message. After repetitive calls I occaisionally get a recorded message followed by music as if put on hold. No one ever answers.
I searched 'Acai GT' on the internet and found Ripoff Report. This so-called company is ripping people off all over the place! I have just been charged the $89.31 and am afraid I wont be able to cancel or even get refunded.

I called 877-361-8604 when I saw the 89.31 charge on my bank account. It was the number listed with the transaction. I was on hold for about 10 minutes then someone finally answered. I didn't even know where the charge had come from (always read terms and conditions!). They told me and I told them I did not want it and they are supposedly giving me a refund in 14 days. They gave me a confirmation number. I'll be watching for that refund and let you know if I get it.
