In my opinion, you should stay far away from 33 & Melt. This is due to the owner and actions she takes against past employees and independent contractors that helped her. The level of respect and professionalism zooms right past this owner. After helping this person for 2 years and building a 700 + page website on google and thousands and thousands of new customers and followers online, she has the audacity to just write an email saying she can't afford our services anymore at $299/mo. Yet they are expanding into a new location. This person was ridiculously rude throughout the 2 years. Asking for flyers for events on the fly that day. If they did not get them within hours, numerous emails such as - "i really need this" or complaining.

The restaurant is a hole in the wall maybe 800 square feet. The service I hear is bad and you have the owner micro-managing everything. I can't believe she can get anyone working for her, but the employee turnover rate is high because of the micro-managing. The owner steals my ideas such as friends trivia night and gives no credit. Makes good money off the event and then stops paying us monthly. The owner could have been professional had us come in for lunch and talk about stopping the SEO/Social media management. However, after 2 years simple email stating she can't afford it.

I highly recommend supporting local small business. However, I highly recommend DO NOT SUPPORT 33 & MELT! They refuse to help our small business after all we did for them.

I would seriously think about if its worth it first. Do your due diligence. From my standpoint, I wish I never met her or did any work for her. There is a reason everyone who has worked for her or done work for her ends up hating her.
