All they need is a couple hand tools A hard freeze broke several pipes. When he found out he would have to climb under the house that had a crawl space, he refused to do it I later found out he was lying about the plumbing He's a handyman He's not licensed and he only works for cash Some other issues arose and he became aggressive, raising his voice Keep in mind I am a 64 year old woman I believe he has psychological problems Beware and stay away from this fool
