This company clains to sell qualified leads of merchants looking for a credit card processor. The fact is that they sell leads of merchants who told them they are not interested in being contacted by anyone! They have the worse leads I have ever purchased. The worse part about all of this is that I fell for their scam again and gave them a second chance after they feed me a sales pitch that they revamped their marketing and can guantee quality leads. Good thing I started having my sales people record the calls of the supposedly interested merchants/business owners.
This was the biggest waste of company revenue we have ever spent and now they are calling me about the final invoice. We are talking about thousands of dollars folks, not hundreds. If you are a Processor or ISO or Independent Agent stay away from 360connect. I repeat, stay away from 360connect! They are the worse credit card processing lead vender I have ever worked with! I repeat, they are the worse vender! Also, I have been in this business for 20 years and know a lot of people in this business that will surely hear about this scam from 360connect.
