I signed one year gym membership and paid full amount with credit card. Shorty after I started my membership, the gym started major renovation project which resulted many areas that I used to be closed. Spa area was not properly maintained and cleaned. In several instances found hair and roaches in that area. 

During last visit, I had a horrible encounter with gym's manager that left me in tears. After which I told him that i no longer wish to be member of the gym and want my prorated fee to be refunded. At that point the manager started threatening me that he will suspend my membership. I was so shook up that I could not continue the conversation and I just left.

When my husband called later same day and requested refund, the manager fabricated the story that I was cursing in the gym and refused to refund the fees.

Email to the corporate office of the gym (USA Fitness) requesting attention to the matter was unanswered.

After doing research, I see a lot of similar cases about 360 Health Club, where other customers were complaining about quality of service and had their memberships suspended and / or terminated.
