360PROS AKA J G ELECTRONICS, INC. Mad Mom feels ripped off by persuasive offer to fix son's XBOX Internet

I was tempted by 360 PROS/JG ELECTRONICS ad that read that they were cheaper and faster than Microsoft. My son's xbox had the dreaded "red circle of death". They appeared all ready and equipped to fix it. The price was right and seemed easy to ship. It took them 2 weeks to check it...then it was shipped back, after we paid, of course. 

We had the game console 2 weeks when the ring appeared. I emailed right away because no one answers the phone. I was told, in an email, that I was on a low priority for respond. They already have my son's hard earned cash and do we are low priority.

I have emailed again but now I'm reading that this is standard for them. I am pissed off.
