I had an upstairs bedroom set that needed to be moved, I have light color carpet and they moved a night stand down the stairs on a dolly. It completely ruined my carpet as he slammed my nightstand going down the stairs on the dolly. It was full of black marks all through the stairs. I asked him pick up and he said for me to pick it up. I asked them to leave. He started cursing at me in my front yard wanted to start a fight and got up in my face. I repeated he ruined my carpet and more F words came out of his mouth, the other guy was trying to calm him down but he wouldnt stop. This guy had nothing to lose and I did. He left all of our furniture out on the drive way kept cursing and drove away. I called the 949-566-5737 and 949-354-7816 number to let them know and they didn't call back. Be careful with these guys, threatening and looking for trouble. I would feel safe with my valuables, personal belongings or family around them. They say on their website movewithbest.com they employ professional full time movers and that is a complete LIE. Also, fully uniformed? That is a joke, one guy was normal clothes and the guy that was starting the bullying was dressed as a professional thug.
