These people are very cheap compared to bigger rip offs like regular eye glass stores.I have made 2 pairs and just ordered the 3rd pair; Order #615728067.

I have to say that the customer service is extremely rude & in efficient. I ordered the 3rd pair last night and got an email back from them saying that the order has been put on hold because my Rx has two different ADD powers. Nobody went back to check that  I am re ordering from within my account on their website.

They will loose business if customeres have to keep calling and then being put on hold for 20 minutes everytime they order glasses. There are other similar online stores like EyeBuyDirect.com.

When I suggested this to the Ccustomer service, she said I am welcome to take my business elsewhere and that I should stop being nasty!!
