Complaint Review: 3B Software KEYLOGGER SPYWARE

Bought the registry repair pro, seems to work well, the registry cleaner is so so , But..found that after sweeping the disk with adaware spy remover, installing the 3b products, running another aweep with adaware, found a persistant KEY LOGGER spyware installed... cleaned, removed their product, re swept with adaware, reinstalled their programs ..reswept with adaware, found the keylogger everytime ...it also seems to come with their free trial of freeram program... they take forever to answer their e mails, if at all. and are well hidden for any contact, have tracked them down to de soto Texas ..so far, and also see references in google about them to the better business breau ...I'm persuing a full refund, and never use their site again
