3BTECH.NET Sold me a none working motherboard and then ignored my from then on... South Bend Indiana
The first time I bought from www.3btech.net it was a camera. They had a price for a brand new camera and a price for an open box camera. I paid for the brand new camera and received the open box camera. Everything worked so I didn't let it get to me... A couple weeks later I purchased a MSI K9MM-V motherboard for a pc I was rebuilding. Once again the MB was supposed to be brand new in the box but it was another open box item. After the rebuild I fired it up to find out the agp slot and all the pci slots did not work at all. I immediately emailed for a RMA number to have it replaced. They ignored me...Its been almost 3 weeks and still have not heard from them after 3 complaints via email...If you go on pricewatch to look for a good price on electronics, my advise is to steer clear of www.3btech.net...You might lose your money and your sanity!
