3D Cart Billed our company for more than a solid year after we discontinued services Tamarac Florida

Signed up with 3D Cart in 2015.  In August 2017 we discontinued services.  3D Cart continued billing us monthly until we discovered the fact in October, 2018.  Company claims they had no way of knowing we weren't using their services despite the fact that their own system shows us as inactive from August 2017 onward.  Obviously, they knew we weren't using their shop cart but they preferred to milk us like we were some kind of cow.  Now they refuse to refund even a portion of fees incurred during the post-cancellation period.  Seriously bad form on their part.
