Please do not conduct any business with Rahul Sharma of 3embed, appscrip etc...
He will be happy to give you a contract which he will not follow and take your money.
He made me look like an idiot with my partners due to all the promises he gave me.
I threatened legal action and demanded a refund from Rahul on 7/17/2017. He responded right away and literally said that he overall failed on the project and delivery. He said that he will refund me via paypal. Once again, broken promisses. It is not 8/5 and still, no delivery!!! He said that he gave my paypal info to his U.S agent to get this done. By the way, I never knew he had a U.S partner. I transfered money to his India account back in August 2016.
I have all the documentation from our conversations and a contract signed by him. I would be more than happy to share this documentation with anyone that is possibly thinking of doing business with the crook.
Please do not do business with him. Do not believe a single word he says. My company is out thousands of dollars and loss revenue.
Update: after threatening legal action, he transfered some money into my paypal account. Was suppose to be at least 50 percent per his agreement. Gave me only 25% back. Once again, broken promisses. Legal action is still going to happen. Stay away from Rahul Sharma at 4embed/appscrip, etc...
One other thing, he plans to rip my company off and continue to use MY application idea for an application that he is working on. He admitted it.
