we used 3n1 to redo our kitchen and bathtub to resurface the kitchen counter and master bathroom counter tops in October of 2016  Immediately following we noticed a spot on the kitchen counter top that had peeled and we notified 3n1 and they were to come out on February 4th to fix the peel. A worker showed up at out door un-announced on Saturday 21st at 8 am stating they were here to fix the problem. The worker looked at the sink and asked where the peel was I stated it was not the sink but the counter top and he said the company had it wrong and only sent him with the white product and not the custom blend.  When we contacted the company again they did not have our original appointment still on the book.  I contacted them on Saturday February 4th and spoke with the so-called sales maager Shauna Tatum who not only blew mw off and said it was a chip and not peeling even though nobody had looked at the countertop  If they had they would know it was a peeling spot.  She was extremely rude, unprofessional and refeused to resolve the problem.  The work is under warranty; however, 3n1 and this sales manager have left us with no other option than to put out there their poor business practices and failure to stand behind their products and services.
