Complaint Review: 3P's Tobacco

While Christmas shopping for a few good cigars for my buddy, I came across some glass water pipes, bongs if you will. So I picked one out, looked at, the usual inspection of glass, cracks. Everything seemed to be in order, so I bought it! Good present I thought.

The day after Christmas I gave him the pipe, he loved it and instantly sent me to fill it with water. When I did, I noticed my hand was slightly wet. I thought I may have been the faucet, but upon closer inspection I noticed a crack that wasn't there previously. My tempered flared.

I've had glass before, 5 years experience, and none of my glass cracked when left in the car overnight in low and high temperatures. This bong was definately cracked before my buying it, and only became larger after handling it, it practically fell apart in my hand when I tried to return it, quality, yea right.
