Complaint Review: 3xpweb

We are brand new to creating websites, web hosting, and finding actual wholesale products.  Working out of our home, drop shipping was most feasible.  So we inquired about DOBA. 

Soon I i receive a phone call from a nice young man telling me that "THEY" will design my website just as I want it  AND then I would have access to tens of thousands of products; all I needed to do was click on the photo which would transfer the image and description to my webpage and I would establish the price I wished to charge.  They shipped, billed and sent the "profit " to me!   By signing with them ($39.95 today and $29.95 each month), I would get a three month membership to DOBA.  Additionally, I would get my own "Marketing consultant" to help me after they built my website-in three days. 

 By then it was about 8PM ; I was tired but willing to give it a try.  So... and this is so important! I gave him my major, well known credit card information for the $39.95  and asked that the web builder call me at 10AM the next day- Saturday Morning. 

Saturday, 10 am, I was ready to start, by 11-no call so I called their #- spoke to voice mail.  Rec'd a call about noon... they are on MOUNTAIN time!  I'm in Florida with my Saturday morning wasted.  But as soon as Daryl arrives, he'll call.  I waited all day!  It seems NO ONE is in the office on weekends!  THEN I find that this DOBA would cost and additional $30. a month after the 3 month trial!  THEN- I find the website they build could not be transferred to another host if I was unhappy with their "vendors" and customer service...and by now I was. 

So I asked to cancel and return my money- emailed that request on two occassions.  The second time Patrick emailed back to say they could not do that BUT when I filed my taxes I could deduct it as a business expense!!!  When I stopped laughing, I called my credit card company and had no problem getting the charge removed... ALWAYS pay with a credit card, these are small time jackels and they do not return your money easily!

I was not ripped off for money BUT I lost precious hours of my time.  This is a great site and I will use it.  SOMEWHERE, I will successfully find the help and products I need to do this!
