I ordered and paid by "visa" Windows XP Pro & Norton Antivirus Professional 2004. Delivery takes up to 4 weeks sometimes 6 weeks.

If any problems arise with delivery I was to contact them at support@4e-commerce.biz or support@soft-for-sale.biz. All emails sent have returned with the message "DELIVERY NOTIFICATION FAILURE" . I am unable to contact them to get my money back or find out what has happened to my products.

I purchased Office XP professional from soft-for-sale.computer-program.net and paid $107.95. Received 3 discs and paid it by credit card.

Installation requested authorization code which was not furnished so program cannot be installed.

E-mails to soft-for-sale.biz are teturned as wait in queue is long than 2 hrs. and site www.soft-for-sale.biz cannot be located now.

This is surely a ripoff.

Contact your credit card company when you verify that you have been billed for the software. They should temporarily reverse the charge ands it will be put on the company to prove that you received the merchanfise. If you act right away, then you probably won't be out anything
