Complaint Review: 4-sides construction Timothy Dobson Owner

I am writing to report what happened to me. My husband usually took care of hiring people to come out and do work around the house but I had just recently lost him. There was work needed to the windows, some painting and storm doors needed to be replaced. I hired a company called 4-sides construction, owned by Timothy Dobson. He came out and went over evrything he would be doing and the cost. I signed a contract with said information. He purchased the materials and had his crew come out to complete the work. But the work was never completed. The storm door was put in did not latch correctly so the workers per Timothy Dobson were told to take 2 peices of wood to rigged the door to attach to the door lock(door does not lock and I am a widow now) They were asked to fix the windows that were cracked only but they took all the second panes out of the windows and did not replace them. My living room no longer stays heated because there is nothing to keep the air from seeping in. I have called over and over and over. Timothy Dobson will not return my phone calls and he passes by my home with a grin on his face as if he took me for my money and he did. I paid for everything up front and he did the very least of it and said he would return to my home to complete the job and today God put it on my heart to say something! I have tried the correct way and that has gotten me nowhere, so I am turning it over to God. I pray my words do not go unheard. I would never want this to happen to anyone again. All I ask that someone hear what happened so it will save the next person from what I have endured.
