Complaint Review: 4 Star Getaways

 I was first contacted on 12/15/2011 My husband and I had not been on a vacation for a while,so I thought this would be a way to getaway without spending alot of money. My husband shot this down immediately saying that it was probably a ripoff and he wasn't going to sit through their selling tactics. I immediately called and said I wanted my money back because my husband was unwilling to go with me.(you have to go with a spouse or significant other) I was later sent a form to fill out to get my money back. I sent it regesterd mail and 4 star vacations processed the letter on 1/12/11. I was supposedly all set and was given an acct # of ACC54693. I started calling on a monthy basis and was told my request was being reprocessed. I thing I spoke to everyone who works at this so called company .I didn't mention but the amount of money they owe Me is $498.00.

Since this time I was cut to part-time at my job and make about half the amount I use to make. 4 star getaway was informed of my hardship but no one cared. As I said have been jerked around for a year and still don't have my $498.00 which I could really use.
