4 Wheel Parts Wholesalers incorrect install on suspension kit to new chevrolet - drives sideways. Ripoff! SAN MARCOS, EL CAJON California

Made appointment at 4 wheel parts San Marcos store for suspension lift on new 2001 chevy silverado 4x4 with 3,800mi. People on the freeway would pull up next to me and signal or motion that there is a problem with something on my truck. You could descibe it as tracking. Well things happened and I never got to driving much.

I finally got to a 4 wheel parts store El Cajon location and ordered a grill gaurd and to correct the Tracking and alignment if neccessary. Paid for grill in advance it took them 2 months to set up an appointment for the requests mentioned above. This was done at 8,650 mi. Picked up the truck and left.

Well on the way back to girlfriends house she is driving behind me and pulls up like the other motorists and starts this waving thing and right then I knew that nothing had been done. to verify this my tires had differant tire pressures in them. The front two where at 28psi and 50psi. The back at 45psi each.

The first thing to any alignment is correct tire pressures to read the camber settings. I called the San Marcos store to remedy this and they said its El Cajon stores fix. El Cajon states its San Marcos stores fix. The rest is history.

My last attemped contact was an emaillast week to 4 wheel parts and no response. My truck still only has actual 15,000 mi.s on it. I wish I could enjoy it soon. Next will be a complaint to the B.A.R. WITH THE SAME INFO.
