411.ca Rip Off techniques to take your money and give you nothing in return Toronto Ontario
So where do I start? On September 25 I received a call from a gentleman who claimed that he could send me hundreds of leads for my mortgage business as they are receiving tons of inquiries at the moment. I was never aware that it was simply a listing service. He promised that due to the high interest of people looking for my services, I would instantly have success. He also claimed that it was a month to month plan and that I could cancel anytime but If I kept it for 2 months they would continue to advertise for the rest of year at no additional cost. I signed up when he called me back a few days later while I was driving, unfortunately I had not done my research on this company but the gentleman seemed eager to help and genuine. So I gave him my credit and braced for the tide of leads.
2 months later, I still had not received a call or an email and it was it was very clear that I got scammed and lied to. I closely checked my google analytics and did not even get 1 visitor coming from 411.ca. I decided to cancel and that is where things get worse. I was threatened that they would continue to bill me and that even if I blocked my card they would send a bill to my home. After mentioning What the original agent told me, they denied it all and called me a liar. this is after collecting $450 from me for nothing. I promised them that I will let everyone know their business practices but they did not seem to care instead they replied with more threats.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY ARE LIARS!! Once they have your account or credit card information they will keep trying to charge until you cancel it your account or change your card. they will then send you bills and threaten to send you to collection. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THIEVES
