411.ca They keep finding ways to Charge my Visa without getting my permission, Can't Cance Servicel Toronto Internet

411.ca has highly unethical sales practices.

Their sales rep called me and convinced me to put in an advertisement in early July.  A few weeks later, after getting no calls based on the advertisement, I decided to cancel.  The first problem was that they informed me that it takes 30 days before they can process a cancellation so I was charged for an extra month (Aug).  I was unhappy about this but thought that this would be the end of the relationship.

On Aug 31, they informed me about a website they created for me in an e-mail.  They told me in the e-mail they would start charging my Visa on Sep 1 without asking my permission or getting my approval.

Do not do business with this company.
