411forleads ripoff- No exclusive leads and closed my account while I still had a balance Irvine California Internet
I thought they were going to refund my balance but now they just deactivated my account and NO CHECK. RIPOFF!!! Never provided me with a single exclusive lead.

Well they were full of s**t; I have emails saying they would provide me with exclusive leads and Jay Kaplan seemed to be willing to send me a refund. But of course he lied and just deactivated my account
