Chris Gatley does not have the rental property repairs fixed properly; and the moment I threaten him with calling the health department for the sewage that is trapped under the linoleum in the bathroom for the last 4 or more months he sues me for unpaid rent!  


I have paid my rent on time every month yet he is taking me to court for unpaid rent. I have the receipts to prove my rent is paid to this date. He has twice cussed me out for no reason; the first time I called him to talk about renting a larger home and I needed to know how to get a hold of Mindy and he cussed me out telling me that Mindy is having a bad time because her daughter is in the hospital and went on to tell me that I need to leave her the F alone! And so on. Then this last Sunday October 3 he came by saying that we owed rent and I told him my husband got paid 3 times last month and we paid 250 the first and seconded pay day in September making 500.00 total rent paid for September yet he thinks we should pay another 250 for the month of September if we did that we would be paying 750 a month in rent we only pay 500 a month. My husband will be paid twice this month and he will get 250 each payday just like every month over the last year?  Which means our rent is paid in full every month!

Also, NEVER pay rent, ever in Cash! You have no way to legally prove you paid. Only scum bag landlords accept cash. Professional ones NEVER accept cash
