The websites are very elaborate, with all the pix & descriptions & knowledge that you'd expect to find at such a place. His prices are 25% lower across the board, & he was the only one I'd seen that accepts PayPal.

I filled out the order form; name, address, email, phone, product desired, etc. He contacted me via text msg. I sent him $120 via PayPal, then had to wait until it actually cleared his acct. He gave me a URL for MUSCA Shipping Co & told me to go there to get a Tracking Number.

First thing I learned at the MUSCA website was that I had to send them another $50 for S&H, also via PayPal. Later they sent me a Tracking number. As of this report, that number no longer exists on that site.

The very next morning, I had urgent msgs from both of them... go to the MUSCA site for important info. There I learned that "your product has been held up by US Customs in Atlanta. It's in a locker, on a 3-day hold. After that it'll be inspected by Customs & then the Feds will come to your address."

I was instructed to send the shipper another $310.00 for "insurance." That would get my product released without being inspected by US Customs. We argued about that the rest of the day, & in the end I was telling him "That's BS... there is no such thing as Insurance against US Customs. There is no 3-day waiting period. If Customs seized it they opened it immediately," & other obvious flaws in his story.

By then I knew I was being robbed, & I refused to send any more money. But he kept trying... waiting 30 minutes or so then starting over with, "Did you send that payment yet?" & we'd go round & round some more.

He wasted another day or so trying to get me to send "just half the original amount, & we'll cover the rest." I just kept repeating, "there will be NO additional payment" 'til he got THAT thru his pointy little head & quit trying. Then I just didn't hear from him anymore. At that point I already knew I'd lost my $170.00, because they had succeeded in dragging out the scam beyond PP's two-day window of cooperation.

His text msgs came out of nowhere... no phone number, merely "420 Green Home. " But both the 420 website & the "Musca Shipping" site, & all related emails, all point to the same origin, "billbaltimore.com." There is no legitimate info or licensing related to any of the so-called "staff" or to the two companies.
