Complaint Review: 42nd street photo

"Classic bait and switch scammers. Also, be aware if you tell them to cancel your order they will threaten to charge you a "cancellation fee" and/or lie that the item has "already shipped, you will have to send it back and pay a restock fee". Real scumbags. They post on their website cameras have a usa warranty but be aware they are not factory warranties. They are 47th street store warranties" which are worthless. they are selling grey market items and being deceptive with the "usa warranty" and they will tell you "well it IS a usa warranty since we are in the USA but it is not a factory warranty". They will try to sell you the items that come in the factory box as "extra's" and lie and state they are not included. It also appears they post false positive feedback on here to try to keep their rep up. I just disputed the charge on my card since they tried to scam me. 

Cancel your order, dispute the charge. I plan to screen capture their website and report them to the BBB and contact a lawyer.

Click on the names of the positive reviews, you will see that is the only review they have posted on here. VERY suspicious isn't it! Also, google "47th street photo scam" and you will see all the people they have ripped off. Heck, one of their former owners was indited for fraud! "
