Complaint Review: 49ersfanstoreonline.com

I purchased 2 football jerseys from 49ersfanstoreonline on 12/2013 for a Christmas present, when I received the them the jerseys were damaged and made of cheap material. 1 jersey had a faded "NFL" logo by the collar and also contained specks of mildew like stains on the left sleeve. They don't have a customer service telephone number, they only have one email address. On their website it states "Easy 365 Day Returns" an you'll get a full refund. Well, I've been trying to get a hold of them for a while now, the only e-mail I received was them offering to give me 10% refund, which I refused. Haven't heard back from them and they refuse to answer my e-mails. It's a seller in China, I can tell by the bad grammar. Both jerseys are damaged, and the fabric is SO cheap, as soon as I saw thru the clear bag I had a hunch they were not what i had expected. Oh and you have to pay for your return postage cost. Although I would be extremely glad to do that however they refuse to give me a return address. Never Buy from ever!!
