Of the $9 million Dollars 4Daily owes its membership base (up to 10 October 2005) of which my portion owed is $12'624. It was 4Daily's Admin and webmaster, "Jim Hunt" who suggested members upgrade using their earnings when he could not pay us out. Then afterwards, he has the audacity to say that "those who upgraded using earnings are deemed to be in profit as theoretically the members would have been able to cashout but chose to upgrade". That was a dumb move and a HUGE LIE.
On 12 October 2005 all prior earnings and member levels were "wiped out" as 4Daily's "Jim Hunt" chose to reset ALL accounts to zero. That is utter and total corruption. This man doesn't have a conscience and has managed to blindside his membership base, presenting himself as a well spoken, honest person. The biggest challenge is that you think you know he's screwing you over, however don't want to believe it as he's too blatant and forthright about it!! He tells you exactly what he's going to do and there's nothing anyone can do about it!!! He's the law unto himself! And, now after he's proven his incompetency in running a business, he expects his members to continue to support him, pretends that nothing has happened ... and is planning to launch two new "surprize" sites before the year is out!
This has got to be one of the most ruthless, cold, calculated, insensitive and callous yet smoothe businessmen I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The authorities definitely need to investigate ALL "Jim Hunt's" dealings and have our earnings restored to us.
4Daily violated their own rule - they silently, changed their terms and conditions section on July 1st with absolutely no notification to their membership base. In the paragraph dealing with possible reduction of daily % of earnings they added that such reductions can also be done RETROSPECTIVELY and WITHOUT WARNING. This new rule, if at all legitimate, should at least not have been applied to upgrades purchased prior to July 1st. This means that all members who ALREADY earned their money were entitled to the 100% payout as per 4daily.com FAQs and TOS current at the time upgrades were purchased. Since no one received full payment, everyone is entitled to a refund of fees.
