I purchased a Verizon MiFi Hotspot from 4G Wireless located at 11870 Santa Monica Blvd. Los Angeles, CA. 90025 . The store which is a Verizon Authorized Dealer sold me USED equipment as NEW. The device failed with 45 days of purchase. When I attempted to return it for an exchange, I was instructed by the location to return it through a Verizon Corporate store. I went to a Corporate store and was informed that the device was no longer under warranty (Although it is warranted for one full year) and was sold to me USED and they cannot do anything for me. After an hour in the store the Corporate store manager relented and upgraded the device for me for an additional $100.00 . 4G Wireless gets away with selling equipment and NOT doing anything for a consumer. Shame on them.
