On Novermer 2014, I purchase an aggreement for phones and services for Verizon wireless under the misleading, deceptive, and unethical prcatices from 4G wireless representatives in West Covina California. They leid to me on serveral occasions . One was that I was required to purhcase 4 lines and 4 phones to  obtain the Edge program with the ability to exchage the phones within 14 days, they claimed I was getting two free tablets that I was actually charged for, but they negleceted on giving me an itemized aggreement on the day of the purchase that would have allowed me to view the charges of what they supposedly were giving me for free. I was suppose to receive an employee discount due to the aggreement verizon has with the company I work for, but the Rep. neglected to provide to Verizon the proof of employment  that I had sumited with my purchase, by the time I was able to get my Co. employment discount thought customer service,  verizon refuses to adjust the discount and credit me for the time I should have received the discount. Before the 14days of my purchase over the phone a Verizon customer service Rep. and in person at the store the manager at 4G wireless helped me accept a line for an excisting verizon customer from another account and he paid a deposit on his credit card for an IPhone 6, which he never received, and they both neglected to inform me that he was on a contract until March 2015.  

A month later I was charged a $200 fee on my Credit card that I did not authorize, but accoding to Verizon it was for merchandize that I supposedly purchase, but I did not recieve. I disputed the charge right away, but on March 2014 my credit card company informed me that verizon sent a copy of my Drivers license and credit card information to rebuttle the dispute, that is a fraud because they should not have kept on file at 4G wireless,  the only time I gave them access to that information was on the day of my original purchase in November 2014 because they required it.  I also recieved an early termination fee in December for that same line that had been transfered to my account and I had incquired on about and was told he had no contract earlier. He was not happy because of how long it was taking him to get his IPhone and found a better deal with a different carrier. Then Verizon informed me that supposedly their was a contract  on that line unitll March 2015. I just found out that they are charging me a reconecting fee for a line that I told them I was discontinueing and was taking to another carrier. Verizon claims they can't help me with the the faud that was commited by keeping my driving lisence and credit card information by 4G wirless company because they are not owned by the company but the charge on my statement shows up as verizon wireless. A representative from Verizonn told me they are aware of many complaints that they recieve regarding issues with misrepresentation from customers at 4G wirless but they can't do anything about it.  I need legal Help!
