Complaint Review: 4GiftBox

I ordered 3 custom sizes of high gloss magnetic closure boxes. David was very responsive at first and even sent me renderings of the box with my art work. I placed my order and sent the bank wire to ensure the order. After ordering David went silent for a while and never sent the pictures he said he would. When I finally came to him saying I was retaining legal counsel he finally sent a picture of a shipping label. I waited for the shipment to arrive, which came in 1 week after my promised delivery, and was not my order. The items I was sent dont even make a box and they're Kraft paper corrugated box pieces. David now refuses to answer any emails.
