4Goodhosting.com This company says right on their home page that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. This is false, especially when you sign up for a Domain Name. DO NOT USE THIS Kelowna Internet
Ok these guys are real pros. They sucked me in by promising a 30 day guarantee. That is FALSE. If you sign up for a domain name that ties you in for 6mos. and if you try to cancel and take the 30 day guarantee they try to charge me 250.00!!
I was ok with them at first, when I was looking around I saw that they had an EShop page and thought great I can sell my stuff online and signed up. The thing is unless you pay and extra 20.00 US a month, the page is rendered useless. I would have never signed up with these con artists had I known that. They totally false advertise!
There editing site for the website is totally confusing too and when I asked for help it took 2 days for someone to get back to me and they didn't tell me anything then I had to wait 2 days again to get any response and they still were useless!
Please don't make the same mistake I did and look for a reputable company, somehting other than these sideshow hacks!!!

Our history shows that we are professionals in the web hosting and domain name business. We have thousands of satisfied customers. If you purchase a domain name through 4goodhosting.com with hosting you are entitled to a 30 money back guarantee - not including the cost of the domain, because we cannot refund a domain once purchased. This is standard in the web hosting and domain name business. If you choose to take advantage of the "free domain", the terms and conditions clearly state that you are tied into a 6 month contract.
We do not hide this from our clients at all. You must agree to the terms and conditions before we will even process an order. Which can be found at 4goodhosting.com/acceptableuse.html In spite of this, if a customer is in a contract because of taking the free domain and change their mind, we will usually work with them. If they would like to cancel we will meet them half way. However in the case of Marcia, she was so rude and foul with all of our staff that we followed completely through out of principle.
I won't even post her emails on this site because I'm sure Ripoffreport has a rule about bad language. Never in 7 years worth of business have we ever had a client use such foul and threatening language as she did. She even went to the better business bureau. When they reviewed our terms and conditions, she didn't get anywhere with them, so she decided to post her false allegations on Ripoffreport.com. Her post is full of falsehoods. We never take 2 days to get back to our clients. The maximum times are 8 hours and everything is usually taken care of in 2-4 hours. She is using false information about this in an attempt to make our company look bad. Another example is her comments about EShop.
The EShop page is not an extra 20 dollars a month. The plan she chose is $19.95 a month in total. She really needs to get her facts straight before posting. We have 24/7 telephone support. If she was waiting for 2 days for a response you think she would have picked up the phone. If you sign up with a cell phone provider and take a free phone you are usually in a 3 year contract. Are they con artists? I don't think so. We do all that we can do to make sure our clients read the terms and conditions before they sign up for our services.
In this case, she did click yes to reading them because our order system will not complete unless the "Yes" box is checked. I have a 13 year old niece that has created a website using our online site designer. That's how easy it is. Marcia did pretty well as you can see for yourself at www.marciasmarket.ca. In the end, we even gave her the EShop upgrade for free - just to try to settle her down.
