4INKJETS.COM IS JUST ANOTHER TONER/INK CARTRIDGE RIP-OFF MERCHANT. I went to 4inkjets.com website to order a printer toner cartridge in late July 2008 and found the make/model of my printer. Although the descriptions were less than clear, I thought I found what I needed & made the purchase. Soon thereafter I received a package and put it aside until needed. When the need arose I opened the package & found that instead of toner, I was sent a photostatic cartridge (drum). I then went to their website to look at the return policy for opened merchandise and it clearly stated that opened items can be returned within 365 days of purchase. When I called them for specific return instructions, however, I was told that they will not accept opened packages for return unless the wrong item was sent. When I explained that their return policy did not say that, I was told, "it's unfortunate but we don't take back opened packages". What about your policy?, I asked. Their reply: I just told you our policy...it's unfortunate". Save your money, avoid the hassle, and do not go near these sleeze bags. DON'T EVER USE 4inkjets.com!
