On August 26, 2013, I came across a posting on CraigsList.org in the Norfolk, VA area that read; "Aug 26  Loan Doc Field Agent.  Mortgage Exp Necessary  (VA Beach / Hampton Roads/Birds Nest).  I forwarded my resume as I am originally from the Eastern Shore of Virginia, where Birdsnest is located.

The next day, I received an email from Ken McGraw, President of 4M Financial and Tiger Capital Management, Inc. out of Chicago, IL.  I accepted the assignments to drive to Birdsnest, VA to pick up documents from his client. I live over 50 miles away and you have to cross the Chesapeake Bay-Bridge Tunnel to get to the Eastern Shore of Virginia where Birdsnest is located. The date and time I needed to completed the assignment was on Thursday, August, 28, 2013. He told me that I would be paid $150.00 upon his receipt of the documents.

I completed the assignment, took pictures of the client's property as requested, made sure all documents were signed by the client, and mailed the documents to Mr. McGraw that evening by Federal Express. He was to receive the documents on Tuesday, September 2, 2013.

Since that time, I have emailed Mr. McGraw asking the status of my check. Someone by the name of Jenna responded to my email and asked if I was to be paid through PayPal or a paper check. I responded and told her that I had requested to be paid by paper check and had told Ken McGraw this information when I accepted the assignement. She and I exchanged emails on September 11, 2013.  Since that date, I have called the company telephone numbers at least 8 times and I get voice mails at every extension that the message states when you call. I have emailed Ken McGraw and Jenna. I have texted Ken McGraw asking where my payment is and as of this date, September 17, 2013, I have not received ANY response, let alone my payment.

The worst part of this entire situation is the fact that there is a $12.00 toll each way when crossing the Chesapeake Bay-Bridge Tunned. If you return within 24 hours of going over, you do get a discount of $7.00. Needless to say, not only did I drive 80+ miles for this assignment, but I spent my OWN money in the amount of $17.00 to cross the bridge!

What a loser, jerk company! Please beware of this theiving company! Their website is advertising for "Field Agents" and Reverse Mortgage sales. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS unethical company!!!

The report submitted by this contractor is misleading, inflamatory, and incorrect.

Contractors are paid when thier assignment has been fully completed. This contractors assignement was incomplete. This contractor has failed to mention their primary duty was not completed: returning signed customer documents.  No signed documents were returned.

Tiger Capital has paid contractors for this service since 1992...with zero complaints.
