4magicus Rip-off Dishonest Inept Incompetent and Keeping My Money El Monte California
I ordered 512 mb pc2100 memory on Jan. 1, 2007 and it's still not arrived on Jan. 25. Numerous calls went unreturned, when I do reach someone they tell me my money has been returned or the order has been re-shipped. I lost $60. on the deal so I won't go broke over this rip-off but I feel for people who may spend thousands with this pos company. The idiot I talk to now, when their answering service insn't on, now knows me and talks smart-alecky to me as if he has no idea what is going on. DO NOT use this company if you value your money.

Sent Me Junk In An Envelope

On Jan. 25, this rip-off company sent me an envelope with wrapping materials and some bent unusable heatsinks that i never ordered. They also sent an invoice with all of my private information on it including visa card number! This is probably to throw my information away so identity theives can get at it. They hung up on me and I still don't have my memory.
