4myrebate.com rebates for many different store bought items in many store through massive rebate clearing house El Paso Texas
I Bought Fan Belts in January 2014, with rebates at Autozone. Rebates offered on Fan Belts. I included copies of the receipts, and copies of UPC's of boxes. I enclosed orignal UPc's, as per rules of rebates. I get e-mail a few weeks later saying I never included the UPC's.
I sent them back e-mails telling them since I already sent them the orignals, there is no way I can send more. I copied the materials I do have left, orignal boxes with the cutouts where the UPC's were. 4myrebate.com is used by many stores as a huge clearing house to do huge numbers of rebates and so if they lose envleope contents, the cosumer can only complain.
