4NSIC Surveillance Leon J. Porter Fraud, Extortion and Threats Albuquerque, New Mexico
Mr. Leon Porter and Mr. Dustin Deke Willard attended four months of our PI School. After graduating from our school they attempted to submit a fraudulent invoice and then attempted to extort our company to force us to pay the fraudulent invoice. The formed a Company called 4NSIC Surveillance. Then they threatened our companys' economic viability. Mr. Porter also attempted to reverse his credit card payment he paid for our PI Course with, after successfully completing our 4 month long PI Course, without any prior complaint about our course.
