4T Technology - Matt Turner Raciest, sexist and age discriminators. Alpharetta Georgia

Over the past few years 4T has had several re-structuring layoffs.
Last year every employee over 40 with family medical coverage was let go within 4 days of each other after 4T purchased discount medical benefits.
A few weeks ago they let their only female and only African American employees go, again for re-structuring.
Last year a female African American consultant was let go and denied her last 2 paychecks. When she complained and threatened to sue, Matt Turner, the owner, ordered all of her emails and online documentation removed from the company's servers. He also instructed everyone not to talk to her and would not take her calls.
In the past, consultants have been bullied into lowering their rates only after quitting their current job and starting at the new client's site making it impossible to just walk away. This was done by 4T Director, Ted Pappas
Currently there is a large group of African American consultants that were let go and replaced with an all white team at Prommis that is filing a civil action as well as an EEOC investigation.
Age discrimination, racism and sexism. Several years of examples. Seedy practices and under handed dealing with their clients, consultants and employees.
These guys can only be described as scumbags.
Matt Turner has spent the last few years a few steps ahead of a lawsuit or indictment.
DO NOT work for them or with them. You will be sorry.

She's pregnant so she went from being the office manager and head of HR to receptionist.
