I replied to an ad which 4to1 Program placed on the Orlando Craigslist in October, 2012 for distributors to place beef stick canisters in businesses. They were to donate one canister to a local food bank for every four sold.  A man calling himself Dalton Taylor called and emailed me to describe the job. He sent a detailed contract by email, which I signed. He referred me to a woman calling herself Samantha (phone number 918-892-9739) who described her experience as a distributor. I sent $200 as an engagement fee.

The fictitious Mr. Taylor spent a long time doing training by phone, but never sent any product for me to distribute. He said in January, 2013 that he was refunding my money but I never received the refund, as of February 17, 2013. Mr. James A. Jenkins has been found guilty of fraud in Missouri for bilking people out of their money and not fulfilling promises of delivering beef sticks for distribution. His company is B.K. Premium Products. Their business model and website are identical to the 4to1 Program's. This is a scam by Mr. Jenkins.
