I purchased parts from this company on 1/28/2018.  I generally purchase my parts from another company but they had the parts in stock and they were offering 5% off with the code they gave me.  I placed the order but there was no where to enter the code.  In the order notes I indicated if they are not honoring the discount don't ship the order.  The next day 1/29/2018 I get a email notification that the order shipped but still no discount.

 I tried to chat with the company but as soon as I gave the order and talked about the discount they disappeared.  I tried calling but was on hold for a good 30 minutes before I gave up.  I sent a help desk ticket in that went unanswered but noticed they cosed the ticket without calling me.  I finally got someone on the phone on 1/30/2018 and told them they shipped the product and I didn't get the discount.  They indicated you can't combine it with any other orders but that wasn't obvious.

 There whole site is an offer so I didn't get that.  I also indicated to the person that in the notes I said don't ship it unless I get the discount but they did.  I told him to call the shipper and have them bring it back and he said they would charge me for returning it. I called the shipper and rejected it but two days later 4wd.com still charged my credit card.  I am working with my credit card company to reverse the charges as I never received the product and will never do business with this company again.
