I ordered a suspension system form this company online and was stated I would receive product in 5 to 7 days. When I didnt receive anything I called to see why and was told they had a problem validating my credit card which was fine but ask why someone didnt contact me when Im waiting desperately for my parts? He didnt know but assured me it was fine now and parts were sent out. I waited a few more days and called to check again and was told it wasnt shipped but would be tommorow. I waited a few more days again and same story so I said cancel it and he said there would be a 20% restocking fee-even though it hasnt shipped. So he gave me his word if I didnt cancel it would ship tommorow for sure. Again I waited and called to get a tracking number because I didnt trust him at this point. Then he says its backordered.At this point I again said i want to cancel this order as Ive had enough of the lies and ive spent way too much money in long distance calls to just get lied to again.Enough of the calls waiting on hold for 20 minutes to get promises that dont happen. Then he tells me the cancelation has to go thru someone else and they would contact me by email? someday? I had to give him my email address before I hung up because he didnt have it he says. I ask what if I wouldnt of ask you that? I totally didnt trust that so I called up my bank and stopped payment on that purchase.
