4wheelparts.com Transamerica parts Ordered pictured lift kit but was billed for different one Compton, California
I had called in to complete an order For a Rancho Rock Crawler lift kit because I am overseas with the Army, and need shipping to an. APO. The guy I talked to took my part number and i asked several questions as to , brake lines , pitman arm and such. I was assured all waS included. Their site also says most things shipped in 1-2 days. On the site it showed my orer processing that only took 11 days for the to send a shipping notice , to which I find that the lift they are sending is not the onewe spoke of or i agreed to buy.they are sending one I could get many other places for 200-300 hundred dollars less. I emailed the rep( Leon) from 4wheelparts which I have no answer yet. I got the supervisors extension, that was a joke, said I needed to speak to the sales rep???????? Why is this guy a supervisor? Basically I'm screwed being overseas and paying 300 plus for shipping for a Lift I would not have choose and never even gave a consideration to buying. I will never do business with this company again!!!
