Well I am yet another individual that fell for the seminar scam and jumped into the 30 day trial of the 4X Made Easy software. The presenter made it seem pretty easy, but did say it was not a "get rich over night" program and we needed to put forth effort. He said follow the rules and do what we say. He even goes as far as saying he can email some of his top three stratagies to us. He could not give them to us in person for legal reasons. He also said there where tax advantages that he could get us in contact with some one to set up a "Wy corp" to practically by pass the IRS.

So I get the software and then sit with some other trainer and tells us how to get the software up and running and set up our efeed accounts etc. etc. But we do not get any of the 12 hour traning videos yet. I was expecting to be contacted by some "mentor" that was going to help me step by step with the process of making a trade by watching their software. No call at all. I did watch the online 1 hour seminar and did not really get anything out of it with everyone else asking all kinds of questions, we ran out of time.

Tried listening to their live broadcast... well they are talking so fast and it is extremely hard to follow. Then I attend the one day training class in which the day of this seminar is the deadline for making the decision of returning it or keeping the software. I get my 12 hour DVD training and sit thru the 8 hour class in which they go over VERY BASIC stuff as how to open windows etc etc. and show you all of the "perfect" graphs. At this point, I still stick with it and try to put forth the effort and hope that the DVD's are the magical connection and all will be fine. Well I fail to see any value in them. And now I really just want my money back. I have since cancelled the efeed and do not even use the software.

I contacted a gentleman by the name of:
Brandon Galler

Refund Coordinator
bgaller@globaltecsolutions.com
1-888-304-8881 ext 22346

He basically says they can not issue a refund unless I was hospitalized. I find it difficult to really evaluate the software with training when they give you the 12 hour DVD pack the day you are to make your final decision.

So with this answer, I am writing this report and plan on attending their future seminars here in the Phoenix area to warn others of their purchases and hopefully save some others some hard earned money.

Well I appreciate your efforts as to make it sound like I am the one losing my mind and trying to label me as a trouble maker.

Here it is in a nut shell.

I called (several times), I did get a voicemail/email and we kept playing phone tag. Finally spoke with your company and in fact was told that the only way it would be possible for me to get a refund is that if I was hospitalized. YES, that was said.

The reason I will be on the sidewalk near your future events in Phoenix is that to let other become more educated prior to them making their decisions as to buy before they received the traingin DVD that are not given to you til the day of the 8 hour live training. In which they will be told they have to make their final decision as to stick with the program or return it and walk away.

Thanks for your time Jeff.

Have a great day and make it real..

God Bless

Hi John,

As you know we have been trying to reach you regarding your concerns, and you have simply refused to return any calls to Mr. Galler.

Your post here seems to imply that we are not willing to support or assist you which just has not been the case at all. Your facts are also a bit slanted. To state that Mr. Galler told you that the only way to get a refund out of the trial period was if you were hospitalized is just not accurate.

The fact is that you advised him that you knew the trial was expired and that you did not qualify. You also demanded that if we did not give you the unqualified refund then you would attend Lecture events in order to disrupt business, implying that if we met your demand you would silently go away. By definition, it is very clear what this is, and you have confirmed this in your post to this public forum to the effect of "plan on attending their future seminars here in the Phoenix area to warn others of their purchases and hopefully save some others some hard earned money." That is very noble of you except for the part that you are not really interested in all that if your demand is met.

The software product does actually work and we do provide extensive support and training to our customers. We truly are trying to assist you, but we do need you to return our calls or at least let us know when is the best time to reach you. I have absolutely no doubt that we can work through your challenges and reach a resolution that will be satisfactory to you. I do need your cooperation in this and we will continue to try and reach you on this issue.

The reason that everything is difficult is no accident. They give you the 12 hour DVD, and tell you no refund unless you are laid up in a hospital bed is because they have nothing to sell. All they have is a overpriced worthless piece of software and further wallet sucking mentoring. This program simply is worthless. Also if you go back warn people at the next seminar they will sic their goons on you and bounce you out of there. Just a heads up.
