4X Made Easy - GlobalTec Solutions just another infomercial ripoff scheme, promise too good to be true Orlando Florida
The training seminar says all you need is FAST to execute a trade. That could not be more understated. Support and resistance was barely mentioned and it it a critical factor in placing a trade.
The 4X salesman makes it sound like the money is there for the grabbing. And we'll all be making money in no time. Just practice paper trading first.
I trained on the 6.0 version and then the 7.0 quickly followed. I was so disppointed when they changed the money calculator and I could no longer paper trade because I can't figure out how to use the new money manager. Yes, they have software to train you for that. It costs only $139. So much for free upgrades.
I've been cheated. I'm trying to find out if I can participate in the class action lawsuit against 4X Made Easy. There are other forex trading opportunities out there to help you and I be successful traders. And they don't fleece you $3200+ and a monthly data feed to do it.

I, too, have been ripped off by Globaltec Solution. I have researched to find if there is already a class action lawsuit in the works. From what I have gathered, a group of people in Denver filed a class action against Globaltec and 4X Made Easy in February 2004. There were several press releases regarding the lawsuit. The law office for the plaintiff is Straus & Boies, LLC. I believe the senior counsel handling the case is Steven Feder. I cannot find anymore information regarding this lawsuit, but I would be willing to help start a new on if the one in Denver has been dropped. I want a full refund! As I am sure the rest of you do!

Class Action Lawsuit - Against 4x Made Easy

Sylvia,
I appreciate what you and others have said about 4x Made Easy. It is truely a marketing scheme to dupe the average customer. I too was taken advantage of buy buying their software on July 10, 2003 for $3,261 plus paying for their data feed line, etc. Their instructors were of no help and was persistant to get the software to work but there were no winning trades.
4x Made Easy looks like Premiere Trade and sounds like Investools. These companies should be stopped and I believe the only way would be to find some attorney who will to file a Class Action Lawsuit. Then again if enough of us wrote our Attorney General in each state perhaps we could have the State taken action on our behalf.
Please let me know what you think and I will try to organize the movement.

Just researchign what I have come uponr egarding this compnay, its background, and affiliated compnaies and personnnel, is enought o kepe em from wasting ym time and afternoon at the Greenville, SC "free seminar"...
I have seen these types before year after eyar after ear... They play a dangerous game of being just within legal limits mandated by the securities industry and under criminal codes of law enforcement wiht very well skilled and educated people who market programs in such a way, they know your conscience and better judgement will get the best of a majority of those they advertise too.
Unless you are a true institutional trader or investor (with their capabilities) and have the 24/7 informational feeds and analytical computer programs to decypher global events constantly, you are then part of the bigger school of small fish (with small accounts) all hoping they will become millionaires easily by trading off someone's software. 95% or more in fact in this group will fail and/or lose all their margin accounts trying to go after the allure of that golden goose... There are a thousand resons why...
Look, any brokerage firm you open an account wiht, offers you choices of disocunt service, full service, managed account service, or other and ONLY theu can exceute any trade you decide to place at your own decision and discretion. All fault of any trade lies 100% with the account owner always- Period!! So why in the world would anyone waste valuable time, monies, and energy purchasing 3rd party materials when they get that and much more from the very brokerage they will have to open ana ccoutn with first before trading??? This amazes me how gullible people are these days..
These mass marketers hold free meetings to lure people in and hold them at nice hotels because the hotels care only about the monies they get from the progam people so thay are happy they reserve their conference rooms for a couple days and move on from there..
I closed my venture cpaital consulting biz end of 2005. While I had it for 7 years I investigated every conceivable legitimate business that came our way as well as hosts of these marekting gurus like GlobalTec and WizeTrade, etc and time and again, in the long run, they all operate with the same M.O. in my opinion... We analyzed dozens of bbusiness plans from people all seeking money too.. In the end, my advice for people, when you deal with anything "money" in this world we live in, there is no integrity or ethics regardless what anyone tells you..
Be careful and know what you are getting into BEFORE you give your money out. Paper trading is fine and as old as the hills. But it is NOT real trading or investing at all! Once you speculate with your monies, believe me, your emotions will become the major factor as long as you are in any market... YOu need real time good quality information and that costs money!! You need a comfortable brokerage to execute trades through (if you are not a licensed securities principle), and life expectancy for a brokerage client is like 6-8 months on average... You need a healthy amount of money to even consider opening a margin account, and my advice is anyone who cannot afford at least $50,000.00-$100,000.00 in specualtive investment capital, needs not even consider inevsting/trading on their own...
As logn as people like Globaltec run ads saying "we give no inevstment advice at our seminars" and their material have disclosure "investing can cause you to lose all or part of your income", then they pretty much stay on the side of legal; but i is a very thin line and people need to wake up to this and become better informed overall..
I have bene allover this nation, and I have obtained investment industry education adn relationships to industry people over 10 years in my former life. I traded futures contracts, options, and held other mnaged mutual funds of equities/bonds too over the former years and I did very well- but it came at a cost, a price, and constatly treating everything like a business. if you DO NOT handle investing as a full time business, you will lose everytime and I I wager anyone reading this to tell me differently..
Investing like any type of work, if you do not have the proper tools and know how and when to use those tools, you can never do your job well and certainly will not be able to complete your work as it is supposed to be completed...
I just hope my posting stimulates the average person out there reading these to wake up, ask questions, get real information, and research on their own from infinite "free" resources available out there today, before you get duped into thinking you cannot survive unless some 3rd part guru group has their hand in your pockets..

Sylvia, I am in management with 4X Made Easy and was concerned with your post for a few reasons. Obviously, the first is that if you are our customer then we truly do want you to be happy and successful.
You mentioned $139 for a software to train the 7.0 version. I can assure you that we have no $139 product, and the 7.0 version comes with a complete tutorial in the software to assist you and it costs nothing. We also have the daily Live Talk broadcast training that also costs nothing. Therefore, I am not sure what you are speaking of here that costs $139, but I will be glad to get you the assistance you need to learn the 7.0 at no charge at all.
Second, I intended to contact you by phone instead of through this forum, however, our database has no customer by the name of Sylvia in Tacoma, Washington. If you truly are our customer, then please contact our offices and advise that you are responding to a post offering assistance from Jeff Johnson. I will make sure you get what you need to proceed properly with the 7.0 version of the software or let you remain with the 6.0 if you prefer. Either way will assist you.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
