I ordered a NorthFace Apex Bionic Men's jacket in December 2015. I ordered the XL although received an XXL instead. SInce I didnt get a good feeling about their customer service based on failed attempted phone calls (always busy, no leave message option) and slow responses to email inquires, I decided to return the jacket for a full refund. I never took the jacket out of its clear plastic wrapper thus it was returned completely unused. After getting the RMA, I returned the jacket and got a "received" acknowledgement on 19 January 2016. When I emailed to ask about a refund, I received only one reply stating the refund would be credited to my account within 14 business days. Obviously this never happened and future inquiry emails went unanswered thus I filed a complaint with the BBB (#11141519) and am disputing the charge through my bank account. 

On 03/16/2016, BBB informed me that this company has failed to respond to my complaint despite attempts, from them, to contact 5 Avenue Fashion. THis should be a BIG warning sign to anyone seeking to do business with 5 Avenue Fashion. My complaint through my bank is still on-going and I am just waiting to see what happens there before taking it to the next level.
