I ordered Happy Campers from them on 9/19. They sent a tracking number but didn't ship it. I contacted them on the 22nd and told them if it wasn't shipped to cancel my order. They shipped it after I contacted them telling them to just cancel.
Now, they still have my money. She called & rerouted it back to her and I've not even seen it. STILL has my money 10 days later. I escalated it to a claim on paypal to get my money back but she's not even responding to paypal.
I contacted her today letting her know that perhaps this would help and she's accusing me of bullying her. So unless you have an extra $47 to throw in the trash, do not order from them.
