My husband and I called Brian Potts with "5 Star Heating Air Conditioning" over to our home to give a bid to fix and air conditioning problem. He talked us into doing the job. He is a smooth and fast talker. The price he actually charged us was 70% higher than what he promised. We see now that his number ONE priority is to see how how much $$ he can make. He can care less about the comfort of the home owner; his main concern is to see how much money he can make. The work he did for use was very POOR workmanship and did not hold up.
Brian Potts with "5 Star Heating Air Conditioning" would not return to fix the problem week later. We had to call another repair team to fix/correct his problem. We would not recommend Brian Potts with "5 Star Heating Air Conditioning" to do any work at your home. His prices are expensive, his will nose into your personal affairs and he will not back his work. We regret ever hiring Brian Potts with "5 Star Heating Air Conditioning" !!!
