5 Star Professional House Cleaning Five Star Professional House Cleaning Mader Appointment--Never showed up--Did not call Natick, Massachusetts
I had 5 Star come to my home to clean my chandelier and other items. Paul looked over everything, gave me a quote, and set an appointment. The day of the appointment---No one showed up.
I called Paul & asked what happened. He told me that they decided not to do my job. I told him that he saw it--and why did no one ever call me.
He said "Well someone should have called you" I asked him why did he not call--what was the matter--phones do not work??
UNRELIABLE---NO SHOW---Go elsewhere.
