5 Star Pump and Control Blake Gillis was hired to do a professional job in a 10 day time frame.   2 Month's lafter the job was incomplete and I am having to hire another company to fix and complete the job Blake was to do.  I cannot recommend this unprofessional person and would stay away from the company to do the repair work.

 Incompetence is incompetence. Blake quoted for the complete job. 2 months for repair work that is bad at best. Run from this company. In addition I have another company ripping out all the carpeting and fixing the mistakes Blake and crew completed. Oh and yes the company is a professional company that is licensed to do all repair and warranty work for tracker and ranger boats.

 First off this was a side job for cash. We were to polish a fiberglass boat and do gel coat repair. We quoted the job at a certain price and when we got into it and started removing what the customer had really messed up, we found the job to be more in depth than had anticipated. The customer was notified and text exchanges were made. We proceeded with the work that was never given a time line. Got the first of the repairs complete along with carpeting the entire interior of the boat. Customer did not want to pay for the rest of the repairs nor the extra labor. We stood by our original quote and even offered a discount. We went above and beyond. Some people will never be satisfied and they can always find something to complain about. We will not be doing business with that customer again.
