NEVER use this company they are SCAMMERS!!!  Mike Roberts will charge your card for the brokers fee before a driver is even confirmed.  He quoted us a price and sent a carrier to our house after the date promised and without notice who charged us $335 more than the quote.  Mike would not answer our calls or return our phone calls.  When we finally reached him [2 DAYS LATER] he had two differenT stories that were both lies about why the fee was different.  When I produced our email exchange documenting our conversation, he then became very condescending and rude and even hung up on me a couple of times. When I asked to speak with the owner/manager, he informed me that he was the owner and I said how unfortunate that as an owner/manager you would run your business that way and he laughed and hung up on me.  He made it perfectly clear that he was not refunding our money, but stated that he would send us a $75 gas voucher to off-set some of the cost.  
That voucher never came. The carrier [NATIONWIDE CAR CARRIER] he sent to my house was even shadier and more dishonest.  STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THIS COMPANY!!!

I was caught the same way, same price quoted $697.00.  I give him a deposit of $185.00 with a balance due at delivery of $512.00.

The truck driver called today and said the balance due is $700.00 and if I did not pay that amount he would put the car in storage.

 

I filed a complaint with the credit card company and will follow up with reviews on the Internet and possible legal action.

 

He only has the phone number 914-573-5555. His voice mail says he is only in M-F and if you need to contact him in a hurry, send an email (there is no email listed on the web site)

 

I will add to this when I have updated infromation from the Credit Card company and the BBB.
